VENDOR PRICES

     Outdoor Space

  • $12 per day (most spaces include 3 tables)

  • No phone reservations or advance payments are allowed

  • Tables are first come-first served with the exception of "red stars"

  • Spaces marked with a red star are reserved for the regular vendor until 6:00 a.m.  After 6:00 a.m., red star spaces are open to anyone

  • Just move your stuff in and we will come by to collect your rent

  • If there are no tables available, you can set up on the ground or sell from your car. This also costs $12 per day

  • You cannot sell food or drinks without the written consent of owner

     Covered Shelter Space (walkway between Bldg A & B) 

  • $112 per month for 3 tables (includes basic electricity)

  • These spaces may be paid in advance by the month

  • We make no reservations, unless they are paid in advance by the month

  • However, a limited number of daily spaces may be available for $14 per day (add $2 per day for electricity)

  • Available daily spaces will be marked with a white "OPEN" tag

  • After 8:00 a.m., all covered shelter spaces are available for rent whether they are marked with open tags or not

  • Just move your stuff in and we will come by to collect your rent

  • You cannot sell food or drinks without the written consent of owner

     Indoor Space

  • Our indoor spaces are climate controlled (heated/cooled)

  • Basic electricity is available to every indoor space

  • A standard (3 table) indoor space starts at $120 per month

  • A standard (4 table) indoor space (C Building) is $150 per month

  • Monthly renters may leave their merchandise in their spaces permanently

  • A limited number of daily indoor spaces may be available for $15 per day in Buildings A & B, or $20 per day in Building C

  • Available daily spaces will be marked with a white "OPEN" tag

  • Just move your stuff in and we will come by to collect your rent

  • You cannot sell food or drinks without the written consent of owner

  • Daily renters must remove their merchandise each day before closing

VENDOR ACCESS HOURS
(not open for customers)

The Flea Market holds "vendor access hours" for the purpose of giving new vendors time to make their space selections and payments, and to give existing INDOOR vendors time to restock and price for the upcoming weekend.

Vendor hours are as follows:
Each Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

(unless Christmas Eve or Christmas falls on Friday)

Outdoor: Gates open Saturday & Sunday at 5:00 am
Indoor:  Buildings open Saturday & Sunday at 7:00 am
Flea Market closes both days at 4:00 pm. 
Always closed on Christmas Day and on Easter
